Applications:
ELISA: In a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100μl/well), a concentration of 2 μg/ml of this antibody will detect at least 0.1 ng/well of recombinant human beta-NGF when used with conjunction with PeproTech’s biotinylated antigen-affinity purified anti-human ß-NGF (500-P85Bt) as the detection antibody at a concentration of at least 0.5 µg/ml.
Reconstitution: When reconstituted in sterile water to a concentration of 1 mg/ml the antibody is stable for at least six weeks at 2-40C.
